![]() International Puppy Contestants International Puppy is pansexual & welcomes puppies from any country. |
| The contest is not about leather but it is conducted the same, uses the same categories and the same judges as the LeatherSIR & Leatherboy contest. It is not conducted like a biological dog show contest. |
|
All puppy categories are of course geared to
puppies not boys/bois or leather. |
|
Interview Category:
Since the interviews are behind closed doors and not viewable to the
public, hoods/muzzles are not to be worn during the judges interview and should
be done standing on 2 legs but
they can enter the interview room on all fours for extra points.
Owners/trainers/handlers are not allowed in the interview area but IPC
volunteer handlers will be available if they wish to be led into the
interview on a leash.
Clothing (if any) should be puppy casual but should not be the same
outfit they wear during any other category, however, since puppies don't
usually wear clothes, puppy interviews with the judges are clothing
optional (decided by the individual pup) so they can do the interviews
wearing as much or as little clothing as they want or wear nothing at
all if they wish to get bonus points.
For extra points,
mitts, knee pads, collars,
harnesses,
leashes and puppy tails can be worn. Arm/wrist bands, hankies etc may
also be worn. This is also where a vet inspection
(if any) can be done. |
|
Image Category (aka formal
wear):
This is done on stage in front of the audience wearing full street legal puppy gear to impress (females
have to cover their nipples). This can be
harnesses,
chaps, pants, shorts, kilt, shirt, vest, jock, thong, body suits, etc. For extra points they
can
wear mitts, knee pads, collar, leash, hood/muzzle and tail. Arm bands, hankies
etc may also be worn |
| Speech Category (aka introduction): This is done while on stage during the image category and since most of the audience doesn't speak puppy, they will need to speak in human language, but for extra points they should bark sometime during their speech. They may enter the stage on all fours but should stand during their speech. If a hood/muzzle restricts speaking, they should remove it. |
