Matt Wolf
Matthew Wolf, Mr. GulfCoastFloridaLeather09 and Chief of the Tampa Bay
Leather Tribe, is in the Leather, Kink, and Fetish World. With the
help of some of the leaders of the community he founded the Tampa Bay
Leather Tribe, a organization-not a club, designed to Educate, Promote,
and open Communication between all the clubs and groups in the Tampa Bay
area as well as the West Central Florida. Matt represents the Tampa Bay
Community at as many events as he can throughout the state as well as
nationally.
Matt says "The community has given me what I was missing in my life:
Direction, Love, Respect, and a Purpose. I never understood the phrase I
am what I am till recently, I am a leather gay human male that am Loved
right here right now just as I was Created."
He will always be around when his brothers n sisters need him.
Chair
With a noted interest in the Levi/Leather/Fetish community for several
years, Bobby McKenzie began his journey in 1994.
His path took several directions but the most influential and
active role came as a leather tailor and craftsman.
This provided him the opportunity to meet a wide variety of
people within the community, from those on the “Fringes” to those with a
strong foothold and knowledge of the lifestyle.
Over the past 17 years he has continued an active, contributing
and supporting role within the Levi/Leather/Fetish community.
He is a prior “Mr. Florida Leather 1996” and a proud recipient of
the “Brotherhood Award” on two occasions. In addition, in 2010 he
accepted the role as “Manager” of the Ybor Eagle men’s bar.
This role helped to provide support and opportunities for the
community. However, the
longest contribution to the community has come from his creative
abilities as a “Leather
Tailor and Craftsman.”
In this role he has had the honor of introducing people to the leather
community and engaging in conversation about the stories/history of our
people…

Sir Joseph is one of 2 owners of Puppy Graphics and International Puppy. Web Master and Member of The Tampa Leather Club. 1 of 3 Contest Directors of the Tampa Bay Leather Contest (TBLSb) Executive Board Member and Advertising & Promotions Department also Web Master of Tampa Bay Leather n Fetish Pride (TBLnFP). Joe is currently in a 12 year relationship with Mitch Hixson also the Tampa Leather Club Vice President, and is owner of Flip Leather Pup. Joe has been in the Bay area for the past 12 yrs, has been in the leather community in P-town, MA, Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL for the

Facilities Chair
Dan In 1984,
relocated to St. Petersburg, FL where he spent his
professional career in health care management and administration.
Through his contacts in these organizations, he contracted as well as
volunteered hours and services to HIV/AIDS clients. For fun he is active
in a
color guard group STP, performing in parades and
for various organizations in the community. He is active in the Tampa
Bears and The Tampa Leather Club where he was a board member at one time
. He holds the title of Tampa Bay Leatherboy 2010 and was 1st runner up
in the Florida Leatherboy Contest in 2011. He remains active in the gay
and lesbian leather community at various levels with the understanding a
man is a man and a “Leatherman” does not have to wear a stitch of
leather to be just that. Its all about your feeling and understanding of
who you are! His submissive sexual role yet assertive personality
represents his “bad boy” image and makes him a leather boy. Through his
experiences including judging area contests, he continues to unite
communities to support establishments as well as build memberships into
various organizations.
Educational Chair
Triskelan’s primary focus within the GLBT, Leather, BDSM, Fetish, and
Kink communities over the past 8 years has been to advocate for sexual
freedoms, diversity, education, equality, and human rights on many
levels. She is an active supporter of organizations such as Equality
Florida, the Human Rights Committee, Florida regional HIV/AIDS groups,
The Gaybor District Coalition in Tampa, and lifestyle events both
regionally and nationwide.
Self-identifying as a poly, Pagan, gender fluid, pansexual Leather
Dominant with an edgy ritualistic sadomasochistic aspect, her love of
community leads her to volunteer her time without pause through
facilitating educational workshops and presentations on a wide variety
of topics such as Massage Therapy, Creative Impact Play, Energy
Exchange, and Sharp and Pointy/Blood Play. Triskelan served as the
National Leather Association Central Florida’s Educational Officer for 5
years and has volunteered for countless roles and events. She currently
serves as Co-Director for the Florida Leather SIR/Leatherboy/Community
Bootblack, Director Mr./Ms. Beyond Leather, and is a part of the core
council for Florida Leaders United in Diversity (F.L.U.I.D).

Mitch Hixson
has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 40 years and over the past 6
years has been in the Leather community.
Mitch is the Vice President of The Tampa Leather Club and this
year he helped in the Advertising dept. for the TBLSb. Mitch is also a
member of the Puppy Graphics and to partner
to Sir Joseph Mastrapasqua for 12 years, and handler to Flip
Leather Pup.
